What we collect

When you submit the demo request form we collect the data you enter: your name, work email, and optionally company, phone number, the module you are interested in, and your message.

Our hosting provider also processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) in server logs for security and to operate the site.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your request and arrange a demo. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email delivery and hosting

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as our processor. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both providers may process data on servers in the United States, safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep your request only as long as needed to handle it and any relationship that follows, then delete it. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it beyond the processors named above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@meduzatechnology.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
